Soma Mind operates as a curated partnership platform rather than an Open Directory, this means our event are reviewed to ensure relevance to somatic and trauma-informed practice, supporting both educator credibility and participant trust.
Soma Mind offers tiered listing options to support different stages of educator experience and levels of visibility. We also have opportunities for educators to partners with us through local organisation.
Listing fees contribute to the review, curation, and professional presentation of events within a focused national audience. All listings are assessed for alignment with trauma-informed, somatic and body-oriented practice.

Soma Mind partners with select national and international educators to support the delivery of somatic, body-oriented professional education in Australia.
For selected trainings, Soma Mind acts as a local organiser and co-ordinating partner, providing coordination, promotion, and on the ground support while educators focus on delivering high-quality educational content.
This model is particularly suited to:
International educators offering workshops or multi-day trainings in Australia
Larger national educators seeking local coordination and promotion
Events requiring venue management, registration, and participant communication
Partnership terms are agreed individually, reflecting the scope of organisational involvement and shared responsibility.

Soma Mind can coordinate and manage specific logistical and administrative services when agreed as part of a co-hosting arrangement. These may include:
Event coordination and administration (scheduling, timelines, task oversight)
Ticketing setup and management (participant registration and payment collection)
Participant enquiry management (responding to professional inquiries about the event)
Promotion of the event through Soma Mind channels such as website listings, curated email features, and social media outreach
Local venue coordination including liaising on venue contracts, setup requirements, and operational elements
Catering coordination and supplier communication where required (venue or independent contractors)
These services are provided when expressly included in the event scope and agreed in writing prior to promotion.

Unless specifically agreed in writing, Soma Mind is not responsible for:
Curriculum development or delivery of educational content. This remains the responsibility of the educator or training provider
Professional licensing, CPD accreditation, or ethical supervision these remain with the Educator or accrediting body
Travel, accommodation, or individual facilitator expenses unless explicitly negotiated
Clinical risk management or duty of care beyond the scope of standard event safety practices any advanced clinical supervision arrangements remain the responsibility of the Educator

Soma Mind can manage event enquiries, registration confirmations, and basic participant communications as part of co-host organisational support. Content, non-urgent educational enquiries, or clinical oversight questions are typically routed back to the Educator.

Yes, when Soma Mind is the organising partner collecting ticket revenue, we manage financial collection and distribution according to the agreed revenue share.
Refund policies are outlined in the partnership agreement. Any non-refundable deposits or venue cancellation liabilities are handled in accordance with that policy.

Yes, Soma Mind holds relevant business and event insurance; however, professional indemnity and facilitator insurance remain the responsibility of the Educator.
Educators should ensure their own coverage is valid for the jurisdiction and scope of their work.
